OpenBiz Exports is operated by OpenBiz Software India Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U70200KA2025PTC208136), registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We provide an end-to-end India export sourcing service for international importers. Our registered contact email is exports@openbiz.in.
2. What information we collect
When you submit a sourcing requirement (RFQ) through our website, we collect:
- Product description and sourcing requirements
- Quantity, payment terms, and certification preferences
- Your country of import
- WhatsApp number (with country code)
- Email address
- Any additional notes you provide
We do not collect payment card information. We do not require account registration to submit an RFQ.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Match your sourcing requirement to verified Indian exporters in our network
- Contact you via WhatsApp and email with matched exporter shortlists
- Negotiate on your behalf with Indian exporters
- Follow up on your sourcing status during your 15-day free trial
- Improve our matching accuracy and service quality
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. How we share your information
We share your sourcing requirements (product, quantity, terms) with shortlisted Indian exporters only after we have vetted them and only to the extent necessary to generate a quote. We do not share your personal contact details (WhatsApp number, email) with exporters without your explicit consent.
5. Data retention
We retain your RFQ information for up to 24 months to maintain a sourcing history that helps with repeat or follow-on orders. You may request deletion at any time by emailing exports@openbiz.in.
6. Your rights (GDPR and applicable law)
If you are located in the European Union, UK, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
