The rules governing your use of the OpenBiz Exports sourcing service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a sourcing requirement on openbizexport.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you (the importer or buyer) and OpenBiz Software India Pvt. Ltd. ("OpenBiz Exports", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

OpenBiz Exports is a sourcing facilitation service. We help international importers find, vet, and connect with verified Indian exporters and manufacturers. We are an intermediary — we do not manufacture, hold stock, or directly export goods. All trade contracts are between the importer and the exporter directly.

3. Free 15-day trial

New users receive 15 days of free matching and negotiation facilitation from the date of first RFQ submission. No credit card is required. After 15 days, continued access requires a paid subscription or commission arrangement agreed in writing with our team.

We are not party to any trade contract between buyer and exporter. Disputes between buyer and exporter are governed by their bilateral agreement.

6. Buyer conduct

You agree not to: contact exporters introduced by OpenBiz Exports outside our platform to circumvent our commission arrangement; misrepresent your identity, requirements, or purchasing intention; use the service for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading RFQ information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on openbizexport.com including text, design, and data is owned by OpenBiz Software India Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenBiz Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses arising from trade transactions between importers and exporters introduced through our platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
